Dr. Zakir Hussain Adil! A globally renowned name. Even an entire book would not be enough to introduce him, as his identity spans multiple fields. However, to put it briefly, he is recognized as a Global Ambassador of Peace, a champion of human rights, a seasoned poet, writer, researcher, senior journalist, and intellectual. His contributions in these fields are acknowledged with great respect in 206 countries worldwide, including 48 nations of Asia.
Alongside composing ghazals and poems, he has also experimented with various other literary genres, focusing more on creation rather than publicity. He has authored several books and holds the distinction of being an extempore poet. He has shared the stage in poetry recitals with legendary poets and maintained close associations with eminent literary figures such as Syed Zamir Jafri, Ahmed Faraz, Jaun Elia, Himmat Ali Shair, Mohsin Bhopali, Umeed Fazli, Nigaar Suhbai, Syed Ishtiaq Azhar, Shakeel Ahmed Zia, Iftikhar Arif, and many others.
