I will support and provide services to the aims and objectives of HRPC, especially in my concerned field. I agree and abide by all the rules and regulations of HRPC. I have seriously read and understood the motto of HRPC. I have not been involved in any subversive or illegal activities. I request the Concerned Authority of HRPC to include my name in the List of Registration / Membership. I further affirm that the information furnished by me is correct to the best of my knowledge.
